Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Riverstone Management Ltd. as a key member of our maintenance and repair team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electro-mechanical equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their equipment is running efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs, and to provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Document and submit reports and expenses regularly, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
  • Participate in projects to improve equipment safety and performance, and to identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, maintenance, and repair, with a focus on electro-mechanical equipment
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including mechanical and electrical engineering principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to the USA
