We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Produce Department Supervisor to join our team at Persia Foods. As a key member of our produce team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our produce department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of produce team members to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated properly.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that produce displays are visually appealing and well-stocked to meet customer expectations.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all produce team members are aware of and adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervision: Supervise and train 3-4 produce team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a produce department or related field.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
