- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Organize and execute buffets and banquets, paying close attention to detail and exceeding customer expectations.
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; relevant culinary training or experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
