About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Dvelop Enterprises. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of the hotel.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that the hotel has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Experience working in a rural area, hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
