About the Role:

Spectra Aluminum Products is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure strong employee relations, motivation, and training
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to generate new business
  • Analyze competitive data and information to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
