About the Role:
Spectra Aluminum Products is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure strong employee relations, motivation, and training
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to generate new business
- Analyze competitive data and information to inform sales strategies
- Ensure the sales department has the knowledge, capabilities, and support to meet objectives
Requirements:
- Five (5) years' experience in a leadership role
- Commitment to learning, with advanced courses and/or a University degree
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, fluent in both oral and written English
- Proficient with standard office computer software and ERP systems
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
