Marketing Project Coordinator Role

Silver Hills is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our Marketing team. As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing timelines, milestones, and tasks regarding the development of all marketing materials and assigning them to the appropriate team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project workflow of all marketing projects and related activities
  • Ensure each task is scheduled within Wrike, our project management software, and all deliverables are received on time
  • Work with external partners with regards to service delivery and project completion
  • Manage all private label customer portal entries and requests
  • Main point of contact with external suppliers and partners for private label projects

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of marketing project workflows
  • Experience with project management software such as Wrike
