We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Cultivation Specialist to join our team at Green Leaf Acres Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high level of physical fitness and attention to detail.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to greenhouse cultivation, including cleaning, harvesting, transplanting, and reporting signs of damage.
The role also involves watering and tending to plants, lawns, and gardens, as well as maintaining a clean work area.
You will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements- Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks and heavy loads
- Attention to detail and ability to report signs of damage
- Ability to work in a wet/damp and hot environment
- Own transportation to and from work
The Greenhouse Cultivation Specialist will work in a rural area, surrounded by beautiful greenery and vegetable crops.
The ideal candidate will have experience in greenhouse cultivation and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $30-$40 per hour, based on industry standards and the location of Green Leaf Acres Inc.
