We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Cultivation Expert in the Leamington area, Ontario, Canada.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients in the high-tech greenhouse sector, focusing on tomatoes, cucumbers, and strawberries, to introduce and implement QMS solutions.">
• Collaborate with local businesses and the Delphy management team to explore potential opportunities for our broader range of services.">
• Act as a pioneer, staying up-to-date with advancements in green digitization in greenhouse cultivation.">
• Report directly to the Director of Horticulture.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A completed BSc/MSc degree in Horticulture or a comparable field, or equivalent level obtained through work experience and practical courses.">
• Proficiency in data analysis, sensor technology, and crop modelling.">
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a B2B industry, preferably within the high-tech greenhouse sector.">
• Eagerness to learn and fluency in the language of the industry.">
• Driven motivation to create a digital impact with QMS and contribute to our international growth.">
• Adaptability and flexibility in changing circumstances.">
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, knowledge of Spanish and Dutch is an advantage.">
• Persistence and ability to handle long-term acquisition processes.">

Competitive salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
