Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary: As a Sales Supervisor at Circle K, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train 3-4 sales staff members to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and merchandise turnover.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate and not overstocked.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of retail sales experience with a proven track record of sales success.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales.
Language: English.
Hours: 32-35 hours per week.
