About the Role
CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Transaction Management Director to lead our team in overseeing real estate transaction activities for clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in staffing and training, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting and hiring processes.
- Coordination and Management: Coordinate and manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and set and track deadlines.
- Client Support: Assist internal divisions with acquisition, management, and disposal of land and facilities, implement real estate plans, and prioritize client-driven priorities and commitments.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate and interpret financial analysis templates, develop and/or manage teams to deliver robust client report packages, prepare effective presentations, and administer quality assurance programs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in staffing, selection, training, development, negotiating, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention
- Strong leadership skills, ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Expert organizational skills, time management, and advanced analytical mindset
- Ability to calculate complex figures, such as percentages, fractions, time value of money, and other financial-related calculations

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
