About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Education. This is an exciting opportunity for a researcher with a strong background in Indigenous education to contribute to our institution's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in Indigenous education, working collaboratively with faculty members and community partners to advance knowledge and practice in this area. The position involves developing and implementing research projects, analyzing data, and disseminating findings through publications and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Ph.D. in Education or a related field with a focus on Indigenous education
  • Excellent research skills and experience working with Indigenous communities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Indigenous education
