Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our mental health research team at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. The successful candidate will co-lead a CIHR-funded living systematic review on serotonergic psychedelics in the treatment of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the living systematic review
  • Complete screening and data extraction using DistillerSR
  • Co-author manuscripts and lead funding proposals
  • Conduct statistical analyses and knowledge translation

Requirements

  • PhD in a related discipline, such as mental health/psychology, psychopharmacology, or epidemiology
  • 0-1 year from completion of PhD
  • Strong track record of publication and grant writing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Flexible and cooperative spirit with a strong commitment to team efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with systematic review software (DistillerSR, Covidence)
  • Experience with EndNote reference manager software
