Job Title: Senior Paid Social Media Specialist
The Senior Paid Social Media Specialist plays a vital role at Spark Foundry in driving the success of our clients' social media advertising campaigns. This highly experienced professional is well-versed in executing social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
This key role reports directly to the Account Supervisor/Manager, leading the implementation of paid social media plans while ensuring high-quality work. The individual in this position possesses a deep understanding of strategy and is skilled at analyzing large volumes of data to extract meaningful insights that guide optimizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Paid Social Supervisor/Manager in developing media plans to meet client goals.
- Presenting strategy plans and performance reports to clients.
- Leading campaign execution approach, with strong alignment between strategy and tactical plans.
- Educating junior team members on platform best practices.
- Working closely with vendors and other external partners to achieve client goals.
- Ensuring a high quality of work for all deliverables to clients.
- Serving as the point of contact for clients and different stakeholders.
Characteristics of a Successful Paid Social Media Specialist:
- Deep understanding of the intricacies across the main social media advertising platforms.
- Able to communicate complex solutions to less technical audiences verbally and in writing.
- Able to anticipate issues and possess a solution-driven approach.
- Loves analyzing data and finding key relevant insights.
- Clearly understands client goals and uses them to guide ongoing analysis and recommendations.
- Team player with a confident "can-do" attitude and an eye on strategy.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Paid Social Media buying and planning on multiple social platforms for medium and large-size clients.
- Bachelor's degree; degree or concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred.
- Technical proficiency across social media advertising channels (Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Experience presenting data and insights to medium and large audiences.
- Proven record managing multiple timely deliveries and prioritizing projects in a highly paced environment.
- Experience managing working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Facebook Blueprint Certification, Twitter Flight School, and Snapchat Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
