About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crown Surface Land Administrator to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a Crown Surface Land Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administering Crown surface land in Alberta, including OneStop and AEP application requirements and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Crown Land in Alberta, including OneStop and AEP application requirements and processes
  • Extensive working knowledge of surface land procedures, relevant land legislation and regulations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills
  • Experience in a billable time environment is preferred
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress
