- Expertise: Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Alberta Crown Land, including OneStop and AEP application requirements.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of surface land procedures, relevant legislation, and regulations.
- Technical Proficiency: Exhibiting strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Project Management: Effectively monitoring and reporting on project progress to ensure timely completion.
