Senior Real Estate Law Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team at Lawson, Clark & Oldman. As a key member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in assisting lawyers with all aspects of real estate files, including commercial, residential, and mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage real estate closings from beginning to end
  • Prepare disbursement statements and draft accounts
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a Real Estate Law Clerk role
  • Law Clerk Diploma from an accredited Ontario Law Clerk program certified with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario
  • Proficient in Teraview, Unity, PCLAW, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and manage real estate files from start to finish
