We are seeking a highly skilled Trademark Specialist to join our team at TAG HR. As a key member of our Paraprofessional Services Group, you will play a critical role in domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, oppositions, summary cancellation proceedings, and disputes.

In this full-time senior position based in Ottawa, ON, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters, including filing and reporting trademark applications in Canada and abroad across diverse industries. Your expertise in trademark law and procedural requirements will be essential in staying up-to-date on changes and resolving procedural issues to support trademark prosecution.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of trademark experience, including filing, prosecution, and registration, as well as proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Excel. iManage knowledge is an asset. If hired, you will collaborate within the Paraprofessional Services Group, handling urgent deadlines and overflow.

This is a hybrid work schedule role, offering some days working from home and others at the office. The company offers a range of benefits, including RRSP Matching, up to 3 weeks of paid vacation, tuition subsidies, and comprehensive health benefits.
