Job Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for reviewing daily BEOs and preparing food items in accordance with Fairmont standards.
  • You will assist in the preparation and baking of dough, cookies, muffins, sponges, custards, meringues, mousse, icing, and other pastries.
  • You will be responsible for storing and handling all baked goods, as well as assisting with plating for banquet functions and outlet orders.
  • You will maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety requirements and ECOSURE standards.
Qualifications:
  • You will have a passion for food and customer service, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You will be able to work in a high-pressure environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
