Resident Care Specialist Opportunity

Ridgeview Lodge Community is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Aide to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist with medication administration, including BP monitoring, catheter care, and mobility exercises.
  • Monitor resident well-being and provide prompt attention to their needs.
  • Participate in common area cleaning, laundry, and resident care assignments as required.
  • Complete all aspects of resident care as outlined in the personal service plan.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a Care Aid certificate program.
  • Medication Certification.
  • Current First Aid/CPR training and experience with medication assistance.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team.
