Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ebisu Sushi Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Train and mentor staff to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
