Job Title: Executive Chef

Ustaad G 76 Abbotsford is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train a team of chefs and cooks to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of chefs and cooks to achieve our culinary goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a chef or in a related role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. As an Executive Chef, you will be required to work in a physically demanding environment and be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
