Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to callers and via email, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide relocation policy advice to customers through scheduled planning sessions
  • Take and make calls in a tactful manner, holding 30-minute planning session calls
  • Assist clients with solving complex problems
  • Review files and make suggestions for future claims or projects
  • Record detailed notes for each planning session in profiles for future review
  • Effectively manage your time while working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Bilingual French and English is mandatory
  • Must have customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Background in relocation services is considered an asset
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Love problem-solving
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)
What We Offer:
  • $22/hour
  • Monday-Friday work week
  • Must be available during hours of work between 8am-8pm
  • Accessible by public transit (parking not available)
