Talent Management

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to coach leaders on career growth and development plans, leveraging existing reports to gather data and conduct analysis.
  • The successful candidate will advise employees and leaders on complex situations by applying comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management & Salary Administration

  • This role requires expertise in educating local leadership on compensation objectives, bonus programs, and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will facilitate talent development meetings, including year-end performance reviews and compensation recommendations.

Leadership

  • We value strong mentors who can develop other HR team members in the advisor or informal reporting relationships.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with HR Certification or an advanced degree.
  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner or in a related field, with expertise in HR principles and laws.
  • Strong business acumen and fluency are necessary to understand how our firm operates and identify levers that impact performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify complex risk and liability patterns, challenge issues, and make effective recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with project management experience preferred.
