Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including evidence-based interventions and psycho-educational groups
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuity of care
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology
- Registration with a relevant regulatory college
- Experience in facilitating evidence-based therapy groups and individual psychotherapy
- Knowledge of standardized and non-standardized assessments, including trauma-informed care
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
