Job Summary

AMADO CLEANING SERVICES INC. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, as well as ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required
  • Maintain financial records
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
