Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

AMADO CLEANING SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of reports.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in cleaning services or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating cleaning staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and supervise staff.
  • First Aid Certificate and Criminal Record Check required.
