Position Overview

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Servegreen Cleaning Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across various facilities. Your leadership will ensure that our cleaning staff is well-trained and efficient in their duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervision: Coordinate and monitor the activities of cleaning staff to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare financial estimates and manage budgets related to cleaning operations.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and suggest additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations as needed.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial documentation related to cleaning services.
  • Hands-On Assistance: Support cleaning staff in their tasks when necessary.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules for cleaning staff.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 32 to 44 hours of work per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
