Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 5722SECHELT FUEL INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties to ensure efficient sales floor operations.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, including inventory and sales floor areas.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of sales staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:The work hours are 30 to 35 hours per week.
