Claims Representative III

At Intact Financial Corporation, we're looking for a skilled Claims Representative III to join our team. As a Claims Representative III, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing claims, investigating circumstances, and providing fair and equitable settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze claims to determine admissibility and investigate circumstances to determine causes
- Provide fair and equitable settlements, considering company standards and rules
- Use available tools effectively to manage claims
- Determine subrogation potential in files
- Manage reserves effectively
- Manage office and priorities effectively
Requirements:
- Claims adjuster certification
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field
- Good knowledge of insurance products
- Ability to set priorities effectively
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information
- Ability to negotiate and make decisions
- Concern for customer service
- Bilingual (French and English) to interact with English-speaking clients and colleagues
