Claims Representative III

**About the Role**
We're seeking a skilled Claims Representative III to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a Claims Representative III, you will play a critical role in analyzing and investigating claims to determine their causes and providing fair and equitable settlements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze claims to determine their admissibility and investigate the circumstances surrounding the claim.
- Provide fair and equitable settlements, taking into consideration company standards and rules.
- Effectively manage office priorities and utilize available tools.
- Determine subrogation potential in files and manage reserves.
**Requirements:**
- Claims adjuster certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field
- Good knowledge of insurance products
- Ability to effectively set priorities and analyze/synthesize information
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Concern for customer service
- Bilingual (French and English) - ability to interact with English-speaking clients and colleagues
