Job OverviewThe role involves providing administrative support to our clients, handling customer-related services, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer credits and handle day-to-day clerical duties.
- Assist with customer-related services, including data entry and order management.
- Develop productive relationships with customers to help and anticipate their needs.
- Provide administrative support to other staff members when needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in clerical customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingualism is a great asset.
