About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Analyst to provide ongoing support and subject matter expertise related to Capital Markets technology solutions. This is an opportunity to join a high-performance, fast-paced front office environment and contribute to the achievement of BCI's mission and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business and user analysis for assigned business client area applications and processes.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of client area goals, objectives, and needs, and create key business solution artifacts.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to define and deliver projects with high complexity and stakeholder engagement.
  • Perform system-specific analysis, low-code/no-code development, testing, configuration, and production support.
  • Act as a capital markets subject matter expert and provide support, ad hoc training, and guidance to technology team members and business users.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Up to 8+ years of experience in a similar role as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Project Lead with hands-on experience producing business and user analysis in the capital markets space.
  • Experience delivering technology solutions to the investment management industry, particularly in the public markets space.
  • Technical competency in Bloomberg products (AIM, PORT, and other terminal functions), electronic trading, and portfolio management platforms.
  • Understanding of public trading workflows, products (including derivatives), and their lifecycle.
