Key Role Summary

As a Strategic Business Systems Analyst at Global Pharma Tek, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth through the analysis and implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions. Your expertise in business analysis will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement and developing tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Role Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements;
  • Develop and present business cases, including feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis;
  • Define and document product and funding requirements;
  • Develop training and educational materials to support client onboarding;
  • Work with developers and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless delivery of digital products.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a business, design, or technology discipline, or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an Agile environment;
  • Strong business analysis skills, with experience in technical product analysis;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Skills and Experience
  • Business analysis experience in technical product development;
  • Experience with business analysis activities for new products or services;
  • Collaborative experience with developers and UX/UI designers;
  • Agile software development environment experience;
  • Strong business case development and presentation skills;
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
