Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Management: Assist our real estate agents with managing transaction documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed accurately.
  • Communication: Coordinate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and timely updates on transaction progress.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, report preparation, and filing, to support the efficient operation of our business.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and event planning, to promote our brand and services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the real estate industry or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
