Recreation Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recreation Therapist to join our team at Acropolis Manor. As a Recreation Therapist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing therapeutic and leisure interventions that promote the mental, physical, social, and spiritual well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recreation programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that recreation programs align with individualized care plans
- Provide support and guidance to residents in achieving their recreational and social goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing recreation programs
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
