- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare sales reports, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and sales associates, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
