Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at Green Bottle Depot Windermere. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business demands
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and other sales floor staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a 40-hour week with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
