Mega Signs Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling process, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient cash handling.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate sales floor activities, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or cash handling environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
