What will you work on?

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide case management services to high-risk youth with problematic substance use, concurrent disorders, and/or mental illness.

You will work closely with the larger Hospitals & Communities Integrated Services (HCIS) healthcare team and the Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) multi-disciplinary specialized team to ensure timely, responsive, and evidence-based psychosocial rehabilitation across the continuum of available services.

Scheduling Information:

Shifts of work are days, with shift times from 09:00 to 17:00 hours. You can expect to work 2-4 shifts per week, with a casual opportunity that offers flexibility and variety.
