Job Title: Snow Removal Crew Lead

Description:
Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Snow Removal Crew Lead to join our team in Mississauga and Milton areas. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members in clearing and de-icing commercial, institutional, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of crew members in snow clearing and de-icing operations
  • Direct and supervise crew members to ensure efficient and safe work practices
  • Operate snow blowers and other hand tools to clear snow from paved surfaces
  • Carry out equipment maintenance, including inspections, fueling, and ensuring safe operation
  • Lift and spread de-icing products weighing over 50 pounds

Requirements:
  • Full Ontario G license required for Lead Positions (driver's abstract required)
  • 1 year experience as a crew lead in snow removal
  • Cell phone with data required
  • Experience with sidewalk tractors or snowrators preferred

Working Conditions:
  • On-call and 24/7 availability to respond to weather events
  • Evening to late night starts, extended hours, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Good verbal and written communication and leadership skills

Duration:
Approximately November to April, dependent on weather.
