Job Opportunity:
Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our snow removal team in the west Mississauga and Milton area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a crew in clearing and de-icing commercial, institutional, and industrial properties. We offer a safe and well-maintained equipment fleet, experienced leadership, and direct deposit. This is a part-time, on-call position that requires flexibility and availability to work varied shifts, including overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
Valid Ontario G license required for Lead Positions (driver's abstract required)
1 year experience in snow removal as a crew lead
Cell phone with data required
Preference will be given to candidates with experience operating sidewalk tractors or snowrators.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of crew members in clearing and de-icing properties
Operate snow blowers and hand tools to clear snow from paved surfaces
Perform equipment maintenance, including inspections, fueling, and ensuring safe operation
Lift and spread de-icing products (up to 50+ pounds)
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve winter operations goals.
