Job Description: Sidewalk Snow Removal Specialist

As a Sidewalk Snow Removal Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' properties are safe and accessible during winter months. You will be responsible for removing snow and applying salt to walkways, stairs, and doors at various commercial sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform efficient and thorough snow removal and salting operations on sidewalks, stairs, and doorways at commercial properties.
  • Operate a range of snow removal equipment, including snow blowers, sidewalk plows, and shovels, with proficiency and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their questions, concerns, or requests regarding snow removal services.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader in planning routes, organizing jobs, and ensuring adequate resources and materials are readily available.
  • Assist with routine equipment maintenance and repairs under the guidance of the Team Leader.
  • Execute any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including nighttime hours.
  • Be available for on-call duty 24/7 and flexible to work weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather events.
  • Exhibit the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical demands associated with this role.
