Snow Plow Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our winter maintenance team at Miller Paving Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely operating a spreader, plow wing, combo unit, and/or tow plow to perform snow removal on local roads and highways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate snow removal equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment as required
- Document fuel reports, safety reports, and hours of service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective snow removal operations
- DZ or AZ license with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Previous experience in winter-works operations is an asset
