Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a food service or kitchen management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physically demanding role, requiring attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Personal Suitability:

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, Permanent, 35 hours per week, English language.
