Senior Association and Sales Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Association and Sales Specialist to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a key member of our associations team, you will provide senior support in the delivery and service excellence of our team goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for associations managers and senior leadership.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the associations team as needed.
- Complete monthly analysis and reporting.
- Maintain association record management and account reconciliation.
- Conduct monthly new business audits for membership in associations.
- Accounting and necessary payments, donation matching in collaboration with our corporate social responsibility manager.
- Arrange the creation and execution of all association agreements and sponsorships payments as needed.
- Work in partnership with internal stakeholders, coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns with association partnerships for events, as needed.
- Represent Federated at associations events as needed.
- Lead/co-lead key events for sales, including the annual sales kick and presidents council.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or related work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
- Exposure to a sales environment is an asset.
