- Lead and manage a team of clinical operations staff to ensure effective delivery of services
- Collaborate with medical and nursing leaders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Master's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, with a focus on operations management
- Proven track record of improving clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
