About the Role:
Auditors play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our financial systems and processes. As a Financial Compliance Specialist, you will conduct audits to assess adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and financial records. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will help identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Reviewing financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identifying areas for improvement and assisting in implementing recommendations
- Preparing and posting journal entries, notifying supervisors of any discrepancies
- Assisting with site payroll and ensuring accurate revenue reporting
Requirements:
- A college diploma or equivalent with a focus in Accounting or a designation in the Accounting field
- Working experience in a related field, preferably with a gaming or entertainment company
- Proven high level of customer service and strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of computer software packages and the ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the relevant regulatory body
