We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service team, including training and development.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
