Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Crossover Bollywood Se Enterprises Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the growth of our business.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and productivity within the organization.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to streamline operations.
  • Schedule appointments and manage contracts to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Handle telephone and electronic inquiries from clients and customers in a professional manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure we have everything needed to operate efficiently.
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers to resolve disputes and improve working relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting people and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is necessary.
Benefits:
  • We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per year.
  • Full-time hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency is required.
