Job Summary

The Heavy Equipment Operator – Gradall is a critical role within ALSA Road Construction, responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner following the manufacturer's operational manual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Gradall equipment in congested areas with pedestrians, vehicles, and other contractors, maintaining a calm attitude at all times.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate excavation and grading.
  • Working knowledge of excavation, grades, and granular materials is essential.
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract are required.

Physical Requirements

  • Must possess the physical strength, stamina, and coordination to complete assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Two to Three years of experience operating Gradall in the Road Construction Industry.
  • Ability to read blueprints and working knowledge of excavation, grades, and granular materials.
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract.
